超临界二氧化碳萃取沉香精油的工艺优化

摘要: 应用超临界CO2萃取技术提取国产沉香木中的沉香精油。考察了浸泡时间、萃取压力、温度、料液比、萃取时间对沉香精油萃取率的影响,并通过响应面实验确定了超临界CO2萃取沉香精油的最佳工艺条件为:浸泡时间83h,萃取压力28MPa,温度46℃,料液比1∶1.2,萃取时间2h。在此条件下沉香精油萃取率为1.89%。Abstract: Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology was used to extract Chinese eaglewood essential oil. The effects of soak time, extraction pressure, temperature, solvent-material ratio and extraction time on essential oil yield were discussed by single-factor experiments. By response surface analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:soak time 83 h, extraction pressure 28 MPa, temperature 46℃, solvent-material ratio 1∶1.2 and extraction time 2h, under the optimum extraction conditions, the highest yield of Chinese eaglewood essential oil was 1.89%.
