Effects of different Maca extracts on human sperm funtion

  • 摘要: 目的:研究不同提取工艺得到的不同玛咖提取物对精子功能的影响。方法:选取20名不孕男性精液,通过非连续密度梯度法制备精子悬液,将碱溶酸沉法、大孔吸附树脂吸附-解析法与水提法提取的玛咖中不同成分作用于精子悬液,通过计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA)分析其对精子功能的影响。结果:代表精子活力参数的PR(前向运动精子)、PR-A(快速直线运动精子)和PR-B(中等前向运动精子),在玛咖水提物浓度为0.1 g/m L时,精子活力最佳,分别比对照组高54.67%(p<0.05)、52.74%(p<0.05)、58.15%(p<0.05);代表精子运动功能的参数在玛咖水提物浓度为0.1 g/m L时运动功能最佳,其中STR(直线速度与平均路径速度比值)、LIN(直线速度与曲线速度比值)、分别比对照组高1.61%(p<0.05)、13.32%(p<0.05)。结论:玛咖水提物在适宜的浓度下对精子的刺激作用使其活力达到高峰,能最大限度保持精子的高活动性及保证精子质量。 
    Abstract: Objective: To compare the effect of Maca extract in different process on human sperm function.Methods:Sperm suspension was prepared by the method of non- continuous density gradient in 20 infertile men,Maca ingredients were extracted by alkali soluble and acid sinking method,static and dynamic adsorption- desorption method,aqueous and hydroalcoholic extracting method.The effect of different Maca extract was analyzed on human sperm function by computer- aided sperm analysis system. Results: Values of PR( progressive),PR- A( progressive straight line) and PR- B( medium forward) in experimental group was separately higher 54.67%,52.74%,58.15% than control group( p < 0. 05). Sperm motility was the best when the Maca extract concertration was 0.1 g / m L,the value of STR( straightness,VSL / VAP) and LIN( linearity) in experimental group was separately higher 1.61% and 13.32% than control group( p < 0.05). Conclusion: Experiment showed that sperm motility could reach the peak,sperm quality was beterwhen Maca extract was at a suitable concentration.
