Abstract
The numbers of 16s rDNA of Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus in the intestine of mice fed with germanium - riched Auricularia Auricular mycelia was detemined and the influence of germanium - riched Auricularia auricular mycelia on intestinal flora was investigated by fluorogenic quantitative PCR. The results showed that:no significant change of the number of Escherichia coli in the intestine of mice fed with germanium -riched Auricularia auricular mycelia was observed (p >0.05 ) , and the number of Lactobacillus significantly increased ( p < 0 . 01 ) . The germanium - riched Auricularia auricular mycelia had no significant regulation effect on Escherichia coli, but had promotive effect on Lactobacillus multiplication.
