Abstract
Objective :To evaluate the effects of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides (CMPS) on apoptosis of tumor transplanted with hepatoma cells in mice (H22) in vivo and explore the anti-tumor mechanism. Methods:Establish H22 xenograft mouse model, electron microscope was used mehod to observe the ultrastructural changes of H22 in tumor bearing mice. P53 protein expression in H22 tumor cells was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results:CMPS could reduce apoptosis in H22 hepatoma cells in mice. Conclusion:The apoptosis may be related to its decreasing mutant P53 protein expression in tumor tissue in mice.
