  • Compound amino acid chelated calcium are a new type of calcium supplements with advantages of good stability, easy absorptivity, high biological titer, strong anti- interference ability, good palatability and environmental protection.They have attracted more and more attentions in the academic field and have been widely used in the industry of agriculture, food, medicine and as well as graziery.The conception, structure, absorption mechanisms, the sources of raw materials, preparation methods and its application in various fields of compound amino acid chelated calcium were reviewed. Future development and some potential security problems of compound amino acid chelated calcium were also briefly analysed.It can provide idea for developing compound amino acid chelated calcium products in the future.
