Tea is the most popular drink in daily life and it has a long history in China.So the quality and safety of tea must be taken seriously. This paper mainly summarized the effect of heavy metal plumbum and cadmium 's pollution on tea and overviewed the detection technologies about plumbum and cadmium.This paper can provide a foundation for further study.
