Gene chip technology is a kind of cutting- edge biological trace analysis technologies,which is high efficient,rapid and sensitive.Also,it has the advantages of high automation degree,better repeatability and reliable results.It has a wide range of applications in various fields such as biology,environics and food security.The theory and preparative technique of gene chips were mainly summarized.
