Abstract
The best chromogenic conditions and microwave extraction technology of total polyphenol in Foeniculum vulgare Mill were researched by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the chromogenic conditions were taking 2.00 m L extract liquor added 4.50 m L 10% sodium carbonate solution,3. 00 m L 50 % Folin- ciocalteu reagent, respectively, reacted sixty minutes at the room temperature. The microwave extraction technology was following, extraction temperature was 70 ℃,the concentration of ethanol was 50%,extraction time was 5 min, ratio of material to liquid was 1∶50(g∶m L),under this condition, the average extraction ratio was 12.52 mg/g. Method study showed that concentration had a good linear relationship with absorbance value if the concentration was in the range of 0 ~ 8 μg / m L, the linear regression equation was y=0.0864x-0.0055,the correlation coefficient was R2=0.9992,the recovery rate was 97.43%±1.57%.
