Research status and future development trends of fruit wine industry in China

  • China has many different kinds of fruits due to its broad land and suitable climate,fruit wine can be brewed with unique taste and fruit flavor via its fermentation.As a result of the production of fruit wine in China is still in the stage of lack of rational basis about using of raw materials,inadequate of production standards and other issues. Based on the geographical distribution characteristic of fruit wine raw materials and the demands of social and economic development in China,the review carried out detailed analysis and discussion on brewing,processes,marketing strategy and production standards,and finally made a brief prediction and evaluation of fruit wine industry development trend and prospect in the future.It aims for clarifying the future development direction in China fruit wine industry.
