Abstract
Mycotoxins are one of the common contaminants found in grain, feed, and food, which seriously threaten human health. At the same time, mycotoxins restrict the development of the feed industry, aquaculture industry and food industry, causing huge losses to the agricultural economy. At present, the research hotspot is the removal of mycotoxins from grain and its deep-processed products by adsorption method. In this article, the types, harmfulness and elimination methods of common mycotoxins are briefly summarized. In this paper, the activated carbon and aluminosilicate adsorbents, which have been studied in the world in recent years, are reviewed. The aim of this research is to provide reference for the adsorption reduction of mycotoxins and the detoxification of grain and its products.
